How Do You Make An Armature For A Bio Sculpt?

Hello guys and gals,

Have recently been looking into and researching bio sculpting, moulding etc. I am try to gather as much info as possible so I have a basic idea of what I am doing. I understand the majority of it (obviously somethings will be trial and error but thats learning) but after hunting through the site I haven't found anything (yet) about making an armature to sculpt on.

Has anyone got any info on this for example: a step by step guide to armature construction or even a few pictures of a bio armature?

Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks everyone in advance

i just took my mask, and put some masking tape all over it, then mold release agent, and then fiberglassed over it, and i have an armatura already, hope to sculpt mine one day
