How do I make silicon molds for thin pieces for my Arc reactor?

Ok so these will probably not work by the easier method of silicon molding am I right?

Will I have to make it this way and not face down? (Long way)

the top one should be able to silicon that, put ona flat bed of clay ensuring the thin inner circle is flat on the clay, Im doing that at the moment, I have a 3d printer but takes too damn long!
