How big of a head fits inside a accurate Stormtrooper helmet?

I've also got a large cranium and a smaller more accurate size helmet and I can get it on and off with the twist method. The biggest issue is it limits placement of things inside the helmet like fans and mics and batteries. I had to put my fans near the temples and they sound very loud being so close to my ears.

Is your head Rainn Wilson big, John C. Reilly big or Wilford Brimley die-a-beetus big?
Let me tell you how big the Big Show's Head is - 5 gallon bucket big. Don't feel bad.
7 5/8 for me.

That was my big worry when I first got a TK. But even my melon head (It's a virtual planetoid. HEAD PANTS NOW) fits with the turn. You could always get a TIE, my head fits in my DL with my glasses on no problem.

Starting to think that my head is fairly medium. It fits just fine in an accurate helm, but also fits in the larger Don Post royal guard helmet.

Second that.
From my personal experience it´s not the size of your head but the size of your NOSE that could cause potential "fitting-issues" :rolleyes

Here's a behind-the-scenes shot from the shooting of Episode IV in Tunisia:

Seems to me you could fit quite a lot inside an accurate stormtrooper helmet.

Well I have a 26" head and I wish I had seen this thread sooner. Especially since that pic died.
Helmet size is always my first issue.

The secret is to "screw" it on. Turn the bucket sideways, lower the helmet and turn back again.
I haven't seen a head that didn't fit into a stormtrooper helmet.

Glad to see this thread!
I don't have a big head(7.25 hats) and was, honestly worried when I tried to put my Gino ESB tk on for the first time.
