So what I did, instead of using coke, is mixed up some sugar water (since it's the sugar that is sticky) and dripped it in the joints using an eye dropper. I'll let you know how it turned out tonight. No acid in sugar water

the figure looks awesome and all but why in the hell did they go with the mesh lenses at the last minute!!!!! HOT TOYS I HATE IT WHEN YOU DO THAT!! last minute changes to make your figures LESS accurate!! it kills me!! WTF!!!!

sorry, i'm done just had to get that in there, can't believe i'm gonna have to modify these lenses too... oh well. fig looks great otherwise

Wow. This may just be the first ever HT product I buy. That is one awesome Predator. I like it tha the chest is one piece instead of the older Predator's two piece chests.

Also I love the shoulder cannon's arm. It adds some range of movement.

I hate that they went through the holiday season on this guy. It's hard paying bills, buying xmas presents, and trying to save for a figure.

Oh well though...ya only live once.

Despite the hate this guy's forehead patternation color/spread and eye size are getting (I might actually mod the eyes if I feel like it), I'm still psyched for this figure. Why? Because the masked look kicks so much ass! Yeah, he's inaccurate, but with that baby on, he's light years ahead of the original P1 -- which is only two years old, people.

Overall, it's a slammingly solid piece, plus the accessories and improved body and armor paint apps really shoot this guy up to the top of my list. Can't wait to see him doing his thing in my detolf!

hanouman over on SSF posted these amazing Classic shots, complete with flashless neutral lighting and side-by-side comparisons with the P1! It just goes to show, pictures (especially the very first ones) aren't always the best basis for cancelling/keeping your orders. Despite the odd forehead colors in the first flash images we've seen from Toy-World, here are some legit in-hand pictures from a real SSF member. If Classic was looking "meh" to you before, this ought to change your tune:
