Hot Toys Classic Predator from predators movie.

That's what i was thinking but they did take Oct out for me.I have been hearing Jan for the release for a while now though.I wonder if we will see another for awhile? I would love to see a honest poll of people if they would buy all the lost if they made them , due to Predators being done and finished.Looking at the NECA lost preds i dont think i would love all of them for 225$ to add.I mean i have 10 hot toy predators
 
I know that I would love to have all the 'Lost Tribe' but alas... that would be waaaay the Hades out of my price range.
 
Unless they made them slow and spaced out sells for these guys, but i don't think that's been happening.As a matter of fact ,i have bought alot of preds this and last year.Need a break..
 
I cant see what your seeing?It looks spot on to me ,theres a glare on one of the pics is that what your seeing.I would not over analyze these pics there going to be different on your shelf.
 
MRXDX2, what you're seeing is what goes in place of his mandibles when his bio is on. since his "closed" mandibles aren't closed enough to fit under the bio, they've supplied us with a piece to put in in place of the closed ones so you don't have to just have nothing under there. kinda almost turns it into what we would call a "half-mask" except with eyes and forehead of course.

as i said before, my pred shelf is high up so if you take off the mandibles to make the bio fit better, you can sometimes, unfortunately, see the gaps where the mandibles should be. this solves that issue, and probably helps the mask stay on better too. it's too bad they're just now coming up with this, the previous closed faces could've been considerably "better" as they always had to design the closed mandibles to fit under the bio, they've reverse engineered this guy kinda.

Oh.Thats actually very smart.I dont have any I just see reviews of HT stuff.And I never saw that before.But cool.Cant wait to get this one.
 
So does anyone have any suggestions on how to stiffen joints that seem to be a bit loose? Sorry for the hijack, but didn't think this deserved it's own thread to be started. Any help is appreciated :)
 
Like zuckuss said, it's just a glare. Look at the glare from all the ceiling lamps, it's rather obvious.

Actually I was referring to the ones on the lower left of the pic between his open mandibles but my question has been answered.Thanks anyway lol!
 
hey jehdinthwei, my answer as far as the joints go, in case the other option doesn't work or anything, would be, and this might sound kinda crazy but it works, is to take a substance that gets sticky when it dries ( like coke or any other pop) and drip it into the joints and work it in there, let it dry for a day and VOILA! joints that work considerably better than before

just my $0.02 :D used this method several times btw. ever get pop into a button on say, a playstation controller? it sticks for the rest of your life!
 
Ya know...as crazy as it sounds, it's actually a good suggestion. Something to gum it up a little.

Coke may eat at the plastic, this is not the shadow that has tight joints is it?Man mine was crazy stiff , i always think im going to break them when i first get a figure.
 
Yes, it's Shadow. The feet and the ball joints at the hip are mostly the ones I am interested in stiffening. He keeps committing seppuku due to his loosey goosey hip and feet joints. Knees and elbows are golden.

So what I did, instead of using coke, is mixed up some sugar water (since it's the sugar that is sticky) and dripped it in the joints using an eye dropper. I'll let you know how it turned out tonight. No acid in sugar water :p
 
Wow surprised the shadow had that come up.Mine was stiff as hell, i guess very one of these are different in ways.
