Horn of Gondor

Hello all -

I'm a new member and find this board very interesting. I've finally decided that (in my mind) no company will produce Boromir's Horn of Gondor and decided I'm going to give it a go myself. Has anyone else ever attempted this? I tried a search an couldn't find anything. Was wondering if anyone had any tips on size, materials, etc.
