Hi there - I was wondering if anyone can help me on a project I'd like to start on. I wanted to build this bee prop from Hioney I Shrunk The Kids. I wanted to get some ideas about what the best material is to use for the body - probably vacuformed styrene? And what would be the best way to put the fur on - does it look like it needs to be applied strand by strand?
The rear isn't as furry but still poses a challenge, I believe. The prop is described briefly in this online video Making of Honey, I shrunk the kids part 2 - YouTube and I couldn't believe it cost 30 grand to build. Many thanks in advance. : )
