My first attempt of making a chucky doll... Not finished but, Want to make a head out of rubber any idea how much I would need for the head its a full size sculpt, and should I use a core or solid rubber? Want to knock down cost as much as possible, I'm probably gonna scratch this head and work on the curse of chucky doll but I'm trying to figure out the best way to cast it and mold it any help is appreciated

No need to be easy man. It's nice work. If you want it solid silicon just fill a measuring jug or bowl up with water a little and dunk the head upside down. That will give you the displacement. If you want to slush cast it just take away some. Again, nice sculpt.

Thank you man I'm using monster clay. I was wondering if a brush on silicone to cast it then plaster or just plaster it then pour in the silicone... Or maybe a latex if its cheaper but I heard latex doesn't cure at a solid.. I stripped the head down did some reshaping and started the curse of chucky doll...

If I was casting a Chucky head I'd use a urethane. It allows you to cast it hollow and it is a lot sturdier than latex or silicone.
Silicone brush up mold, fiberglass (or epoxy) jacket and slush cast your preferred urethane.

That or vinyl, but vinyl is sort of a dead art.
