As to your question, NR16020, the total lenth is 52,5 cm (aprox 21 in)
I tried to make it as "close" as possible to the original lance that is on display in the Imperial Treasury at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna, Austria and that has a total lenth of 51 cm / 20 in
