Holow Projector Circuitry

Im designing a holow projector to 3D print, and i need a circuitry to make a square LED on the flat pat which will b glass illuminate and flicker to give it that hologram projection look. Small indents will be red LEDs and then i would like a white square LED for the main illumination so its supper bright. i plan on casting a storm trooper action figure then casting it in clear blue tinted resin.

The base is 3" wide 1" tall and the flop where the figure will go is 1.5" wide

Any help would be great thank you.
