I have been collecting Dept 56 Harry Potter pieces for a little while now and decided to build a cliff for the castle. While not screen accurate, it is starting point. I will need to rebuild it when the Boat House is released. I started with layers of pink foam insulation, skim coated with joint compound, sealed with a mod podge/paint mix and then several washes and dry brushing, flocking and then a final seal coat of polyurethane.
