hi what is the best way to build the box for the hic panel?

I made mine from 4 aluminum formed sides. Should still have my flat layouts at work if you want to try this route. You'd need to find a fabrication shot that can plasma or laser cut these and form them.

I used to sell sets of them.

My mold gave out and I sold my master to someone here.

He made a mold of it can could probably sell you a set, but I can't remember who I sold it to.

long ago (probably 2+ years) I got a master of the 2 piece (it looks exactly like the one in your pics) from Curt and Vince. I had planned on doing the same thing and make a one piece out it and filling the void for side panels.

I still haven't gotten my HIC project off the ground. one of these days!

I assisted Vince in making his master with some casting advice.

I got the first set of eight from his molds. They were nice, but I decided it was easier to build up one with all the basic details and remolded it. With his permission.
