You can find them by lurking around the forums or Google PDO files of the different helmets youmwant to make its a fairly easy way. You need to have the pepakura designer and pepakura viewer programs. Good luck! Have fun!

Well, you know... that's... not... out of the question... at least a thread with links to most of the pep files, because seriously, 6 different iron man helmets and armors along with war machines and patriots would get... mind boggeling, though they need to be all included.

I think this is something that needs to be done, maybe an afternoon when I'm bored I could start working on it... we'll see
