Thanks guys, wasn't sure about the black areas to start off with but after all the compliments I have received already I'm loving them. Expo is going to be killer Rex, can't wait to meet you and your Alien again, hopefully I won't be ill this time

Repainted the mask. Matches pretty good now. Didn't touch Lee's incredible spots, just gave it a wash of yellow ochre and bleached bone for highlights mixed with some Pax paint. The photo was taken before I sealed it so looks a lot flatter, just off to the garage to coat it

well dammit! i figured it would happen eventually but i didn't think it be this soon, i painted a hot toys predator with the same exact color scheme and he looks a little something like this

at any rate, needless to say that looks awesome, and i love the color scheme i am jealous to only have the foot tall version... it really shows how good those colors look full scale, very nice man

Wow that's a good paint up on the hot toys. The guy I went to just went with the colour scheme we thought looked best, total coincidence. Feet and hands were easy just gave them the same colour wash.

I will be promoting the UK Release of AVP with my fellow Marine friend in my town this Friday, will definitely get the old Animatronic cannon out for that one. Hopefully it will go down a storm with the public. The whole town already know me as Pred Paul so easy promo for me

Well, it looks like everything's come together quite nicely for you on this one Paul! I love the paint scheme on that suit. Beautiful work, especially for someone who's never painted a pred suit before.

I wouldn't worry too much about the head & suit not being a perfect match in regards to the paint ups for the time being since they actually appear to be very similar in color schemes. You've got yourself one friggin' incredible looking Pred suit there.


I dub thee...Pred-a-Paul! Nice work, bro'!
