HELP! Yardage help for TFA Capt. America Suit

Hey guys! I'm currently in progress of gathering materials to complete my TFA Captain America build for a 1:1 display. For those of you who've made your own suits, I'd like to ask how many yards of each color did you use?

1. blue parts
2. white sleeves
3. abs

I believe the fabric for the abs and the sleeves differ based on some pics I've seen. Also the blue parts seems to have a lot of overlapping layers (thus increasing the yardage?)

I have no knowledge in sewing / estimating yardage haha so I'll need a lot of help before I order my fabric.
