Help with smoke for an Iron man costume

Hey guys, first poster here. Just wondering if anyone here could give me a hand with a project im working on.

Basically I am making an uncompleted iron man costume, the one between the mark 1 and mark 2 were he is testing the flight system. (video can be found here at 02:15 Iron man funny tips - YouTube )

All I would like to know is how would I go about creating some form of smoke out of the hands to simulate this scene?

I know I litturally cannot fly or hover around, but I only want the apperance of the smoke coming from my hands.

Try the compressed air cans that you use to clean your keyboard. A friend of mine showed me how to do that for my Joker costume.
