Question Help with posting pics...

Hey gurus, so when I post pics I get this pokey little picture that has to be clicked on to enlarge. Obviously there are a lot of posts on here where the pics appear full size in the post. How can I do this? I often post stuff using tapatalk on my iphone, not sure if that's the issue?
