help with harry's hogwarts acceptance letter envelope

Hi all,

I have an A3 Printer and for the life of me I'm unable to get the envelope to print at the rght size, if anyone out there would do me a favour and create and a3 sheet with it on htere ready for me to print cut out and assemble I'd be most grateful, I have tried around 30 times now and i'm not giving up I just need help,

are you printed at "actual size" and is it a printer where you have to manually enter width and heights? I have a giant plotter and that's how it is
