Help with finiding this bulder of a PL 1/350 Enterprise

I grabbed these a couple years ago and can't remember where I found them. Does anyone know who built this Enterprise and case? If so would you be willing to commission a similar base for me?

Heck.. I haven't even been on there in a while :/
