Help with Being Human (US version) Sally sweater

My girlfriend is putting together a Sally costume from Being Human and is having difficulty finding a sweater that would work. We assume its custom made, but if anyone has a resource for something similar that would be great.

Bumping thread in hopes someone knows about the sweater by now. I'm also making Sally (for Dragon*con) and the sweater is the only "difficult" part. Going to be researching and trying to find something that is similar.

I know nothing about fashion but I would just keep searching for 'grey waterfall cardigans' as they all seem to show similar characteristics. I'd search through some Canadian clothing websites as well, I believe they film a lot of the series up there, so that may be where the wardrobe department finds a lot of stuff.
