Help with 1/4 pred. Figure custom

I'm in the process of repainting my 1/4 neca predator. Im wondering what people are using for the "quills" on him. Like what type of material and installing them ie glue,drill and pin etc.
Any help would be great.

You can use a putty called 'Bake and bend' to make quills. Many members here use the putty to make quills for the mask and suits.

Then for glue, use 'super Glue'. Make a small hole with drill and then insert quill, then glue quill in.

Thanks for the insight. I picked up some @ the craft store and I'll give it a try.
