HELP! Unknown Prop Gun Do U Recognize

I have this Gun that looks to be a Prop gun..I was told it came from a guy named Ernest Ruger who was a Prop maker but cannot find anything on it or him..Does anyone recognize it by chance?

Looks like a prop weapon from the movie "hunter" from chameleon films.

Note the side mounted cylinder, The top mounted casing ejection port, The right angled tubing in back, and the two grey and one red stripe in back.
