help to unfold a clone trooper knee

hello everyone
i'm trying to make a clone trooper armor in pepakura i have all pep files but one is too hard to do !
the only knee i found is pretty good but so hard here a preview...


if someone can unfold this file it would be great because it's the only file i need to do the armor
