HELP! Researching Welded Steel rings for Cap. America Shield

In an effort to find parts for a Captain America shield, I'm looking for steel rings, maybe 1/2" rod size, at 30" Overall Diameter, 24", 18", and 12". Can anyone point me to an online store that might have them? Thanks.

Are you talking about 1/2 round bar rolled into a circle. Most metal fabrication shops should be able to help you out. Every once in a while we will roll some at the shop I work at. Hope that helps.
