Looking for some suggestions. Would simple fabric paint work to recreate this look? I am trying to figure out how to paint my jacket and hat to achieve this after I decorate them with beads.
This is a special soft rubber jacket made for her with Plexiglass bubble. A special machine is needed to achieve the printing. I don't believe that white fabric paint will give you the same look.

Michael's is where i would start, in the wedding cake area. If you know a person with a paint sprayer, that is going to be a plus. Bring a sample to Sherwin Williams and they can get a color match for you
