Was wondering if anyone knows of a source or has a pattern for a childs ANH Priness Leia costume. My daughter is going to be Princess Leia this year for halloween and Im hoping to get the person who does work on my Vader suits to make a costume for her.

Any and all help is appreciated.

You don't even really have to bother with a pattern; it's a really simple dress. The dress itself is just a T-tunic - all one piece, arms and all, not even a shoulder seam - all you have to do is stitch up the sides. Then the hood is just a rectangle of fabric looped up with both the skinny ends gathered and attached to the collar.

The Simplicity Pattern is pretty good... And if you keep your eyes open, JoAnn's often has those patterns on sale for 99 Cents or $1.99 ... :)
