Help Needed Identifying Toggle Switches from Oblivion 'Bubbleship'

I am trying to find these toggle switches for a project and am having zero luck finding the buttons or switches. They are from the 'Bubbleship' in Oblivion. The screen shot is from about 4:37 into the film. I can't imagine these are custom made (perhaps painted though). Any help is appreciated. I hope the image is large enough.

The toggles might be custom toggle extensions. They don't look off the shelf to me, but I'm no expert.

Irken, I had not considered that they may be extensions, Ill look into that.

They look like custom decorations on regular paddle switches / knobs. This is a photo of them I picked up somewhere along the way.

Not that hard to make.

Looks like they have black rubber O rings in the notch.

I read somewhere that they were custom made and then fitted on regular switches...but as Rebelscum said: not too hard to make
