Help- Making a Stormtrooper Helmet out of Craft Foam, Template?

Some of you might remember when I made "My Tusky", a big stuffed custom Tusken Raider doll. I soon after went to work on "My Trooper" which was a sewn body with white craft foam armour.

Well, the reason why it was never finished was because I could never figure out what to do about the helmet. I wanted it to be made from craft foam for consistency, but didn't know how to construct it.

Does anyone know of any templetes that exist for making a paper or cardboard Stormtrooper helmet? I figured I could adapt it to my needs. I did a search, but didn't find too much.

Thanks. Now, I just need to figure out how to open the PDO file. I'm on a Mac. Apparently, there is no version of Pepakura for Mac (native files program) or any other program that will open it.

Too bad because it's perfect for what I need!

This page has a template that you don't need Pepakura for. It already been done.

The page and instruction aren't in english but you should be able to put together from the pictures. The model is based on the Lego figure if that makes a difference.
