Help identifying the Men in Black office worlds fair mural

I've been having a hard time trying to find the image used for the Men in Black office mural. Does anyone know who worked on this or if its a photograph used for production? I know its from the NY worlds fair, but i can't find a similar image that matches this.

It seems to me to be based on the 1964 promos from United Steel, with a bit of artistic licence as that dome in the centre should be behind the towers as far as I can tell from this photo:


The composition looks heavily inspired by these:



The images are available from the New York Public Library but are low resolution LINK, LINK2
Perhaps you could contact them about getting better scans?
The photos themselves look similar to this by Billy Name, but that might just be down to being taken at around the same time.
