Help identifying open cell foam

Please pardon me if I have posted this in the wrong section of the site.

I am trying to identify this open cell foam that is being used here on the Disney parks Beast (and in other numerous Disney costumes)

Its the main area around the mouth and chin where the actor sees out of the costume.

I have been searching relentlessly, if anyone has any leads or know what this is, thank you for your time!
