Help Identify Keychain

I'm trying to figure out if this is an actual keychain or something that was scratchbuilt. it almost looks like a real item because it almost looks like it has a "Made in" at the top of the chain loop.

If you can identify this please let me know. if you know what it is from great but I'm not trying to let it get out as I'd like to offer something to the board regarding this item. so SHHHHHHH...

Well I just about went blind going through GIS results for luggage tags — didn't find it, but that is a possibility.

Does it light up or anything? What does the back look like?

It never lit up on the show when they used it so I can't say if it does or not. The back is just plain. no features or nothing.

How big is it? It almost looks like one of those fold-out screens from a digicam or camcorder.

It could be some sort of keychain that holds a picture in it. From what show is this from?

It looks to me like a small electronic toy/gadgit that's been painted. I've seen them on keychains before. I don't know what they are.

It's reminiscent of the 'dogtags' the colonists wore on SAAB. Had a static picture and a small recorded sound-bite.
