Help!! CW Arrow - Deadshot Laser Eye Patch

Starting to put together a Deadshot costume from CW Arrow, with a few modifications and I need to figure out a way to design the laser eye patch. Has anyone seen one created or have any ideas as to the best approach. I don't really care if I can see out of it or not, I will still have one eye to walk around with.
