Help and ideas with Predator Mask please

Hi All

Looking into making my own mask to fit the helmet i have made using pepakura, just wanted some ideas from you lot into which you feel is the best to create to wear for long periods of time.

I've looked at the foam and latex version but really wanted to hear from the people who have made them and what they did to try to stop overheating and passing out wearing them.

latex is my personal favorite. i have made one using plaster, plastic wrap, cardboard and latex. best thing i have done is make it a half mask. works wonders, keeps you from heating up as bad.
