helmet with blast sheild...help

Need to be pointed to someone who can help me with a screen acurate helmet with blast shield...I tried to email chris at GA but no response..

Sorry about that..figured everyone here could read my mind..yes the flight helmet Luke used in ANH while training with the lightsaber remote while in the falcon on the way to alderan ...

Helmet is for display purposes and not costuming..

Yea..I emailed chis from his link at his richies armor site...mayby my memory serves me wrong..I used to frequent here a lot back in 2000...I could have sworn his name was chis and his site was Richies armor..posted in the JY also..thanks guys..

Yea trying to build a nice display for my son..got out of the prop world myself even though I love it all...hoping to find a decent one...

How many have noticed that there appears to be no way for the blast shield to be "up" and fit within the visor cover?

I just realized that although I have molds for the helmet, my blast shield was a one-off. Richie probably has a mold for that part, so you may want to go with him in the interest of time- I won't be able to make you a helmet until sometime in March anyway.

You have to use Force.

Thanks Mark...yea richie contacted me..I am so glad to have heard from him as well as you...he says his helmets are made of styrene...I am not familiar with that ...I am only familiar with the vac formed ABS that my trooper suit was made of..I liked how thick and how real it felt..does anyone or you do this helmet in vac formed ABS..I think it would have such a nicer feel..in the end I will have to get whats available..and I am not money ready anyhow ..needed to find out who I could get it from and how much..now I just need to save the pennies..but have one I will be it soon or be it later..actualy I cant wait to get it..so excited to build this display for my son...
