Helmet casting?

Good afternoon everyone! I just have a quick question. Is there a link to a tutorial or a walkthroug that describes the process in depth of making a mold from your helmet build into casting a duplicate? I would like to cast a duplicate of mine that I can pretty much trash and I can't bring myself to do it to my ST helm lol.
