hellboy-ish reliquary WIP

I picked this up at hobby lobby a while back, and just finished it up tonight as far as "filler" goes. i still want to see if i can dye some of the filling, but all in all i think it looks pretty cool.

i think its coming along pretty well. so far the total investment is something like 15$

Chris, that is a sweet prop especially for $15.00, good catch. What ever you do don't spill the content or you'll have to add an xxl collar, a leash, and a super pooper scooper to your prop.

yea, its either the tears of a tousahn angels, or about 4 pounds of crack rock :lol

nifty jar was half price due to some polystone/resin sale they had going, and the "filler" is just rock salt.

worked out a lot better than i thought it would. damned jar holds almost a full box of salt (bout 4 pounds) though. surprised the hell outta me.

im gonna try to snag some better pics tommorow night, gotta charge the batteries for the camera.

Thats sweet. Try this with the rock salt.....if you want some color try sprat painting it. Lay it out on some cardboard and spray it, it should dry after some time and then your set to go. I never did this but I don't see why it wouldn't work.
