Helagaks Iron man Mark 42 ALL FILES RELEASED!!

That's just my assumption, and I could be wrong. I hope my answer made sense :) Good luck on your build if you plan on making it. Speaking of which, has anyone done a paper build? I printed out the pieces a while ago and never got around to finishing it. I'm on break, so I might go ahead.

not sure if anyone else has but im planing on doing it since i can afford paper more than foam. school has free printing(tuition costs) and i can just get either 110lb paper for 4 bucks or do what i have been doing anduse spray mount to glue the pieces to poster paper from the dollar tree which is a loooot cheaper than buying more paper cause then the extra space can go away from me rearranging the pieces on the poster paper after cutting out basic shapes of the pieces.
take a look at my mk42 helmet link if you want to know what im talking about.

I would recommend the 110lb paper if your school's printers can handle it. Before I figured out which printer of our two printed on card stock (we have one black and white printer and one color printer, idk why) I printed on regular letter paper, then glued it onto card stock. Take the 110 lb if you can, it saves A LOT of time!

I woul if I could afford to pay 10 bucks every 3rd project which I cant. So atm im using what I have. Its not much to do a little extra gluing and cutting. Plus I get more use out of the poster paper. For example I just started the shotgun helmet and it took up only 90 percent of the paper which I was able to add more pieces of another project on it. That is basically 1 dollar for a helmet and other that using paper that would be about 3 bucks on 13 pages and I cant use the extra unused and unprinted page space.id rather save money than time cause I have more time than money right now.

Is anyone having problems downloading the files with viruses? I've tried downloading 3 different files and AVG keeps flagging them as infected.

ts can you share this model ? Capture6.jpg

hello, sorry my bad english... i'm downloading the complite file. one question: is it ok for people tall 181cm? thank you very much

Re: Helagaks Iron man Mark 8/42 model and Pepakura files. COMPLETE RE BUILD!! new fil

Hey, I'm new to all this but it seems awesome; I have access to a laser cutter at uni so that should make cutting it all a cinch. However; what is the benefit of foam over card? I'm guessing it's just basic rigidity, right? a little more thickness and maybe easier to shape?

Also, some of the files I was looking at using only have one side (like the left side arms and legs), before i do any printing whats the recommended way to flip it? Can you simply mirror them?

I'm looking at trying to get as much done as possible in a ridiculously short space of time, so any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone :)

The company's 3D printer to, I'm debugging. I want to print your mk42 helmet, you can share your helmet 3D print file. When I finished, I will display photos and process and indicate the model. I wish to express my most sincere thanksfor all your kindness. my email address1410064279@qq.comQQ??20140730164450.png

Hi folks,

is it just me or are these files only for Foam build?
Arent these files unfolded for a paper build with fold lines and glue edges??
I started on this using jackierockings files, but the also look great. maybe they look easyer.

It says in the first post that they're foam files

In the first few textlines it says:
I know there are other fine mark 42 projects on this board. (Im looking at you jackiesrockin and neuer22! =D ) but my first files were just sitting there staring at me, MOCKING me, saying "you can do better!!"
also, i wanted to make a more accurate mk42 that was 3d printable for this years halloween. so i figured i would make the new files paper and foam pep friendly while i was at it.
PAPER and FOAM. I cannot find any paper files.

I thought that too. I am just going to take the foam unfolds and refold them. Then unfold them for paper. Its not hard, just a little time consuming.

Any way I can get this WITHOUT going through 4shared? My computer doesn't allow it because of virus software and I don't want to disable it.

Cheers
Jax
