Hi Folks ...this is my first Post here and l like to show you my Heavy Gatling Blaster ...made by PVC Pipe and a Cookie Box :lol

now the Heavy Gatling Blaster is ready for duty !
LED´s and sound will follow in the new year but the paintjob is done.

I always try to keep it simple and light weight. PVC is a good material for those Weapons.

The PVC endcap, were the holes for the barrels pre-drilled? Like, was it originally a drain cover?

If not, I can't imagine it was easy to drill holes for 6 barrels in two caps and have them all align correctly.

It was a little bit tricky with the holes ! I put a sheet of paper in the Endcaps an mark it with a pen, so that I had the mesurments. Than I use a pice from the barrel und try to find out the best distence between the barrels. Lousy Job! After that I scan the template ito my PC an print it on sticker paper.

Very nice! My solution for a minigun I made a few years ago was not to cut holes through the end-cap. Instead, the barrels are wood doweling screwed onto the cap, then the barrel ends are short slices of copper pipe glued directly onto the end. Not as nice as yours, but it did the job! (and yes, I know the endo face doesn't really line up properly!).

I made a couple of features in my Minigun, Fully rotating barrels witn a 12 Volts electric motor, and original Minigun plate. About 1.15 mts. Long!

Next time I´m coming to your place i´ll take it with me.
