Heath Ledger Joker bust 1:1

The gloves are Magnolia Clothiers XL replicas, the rest are from China, I will see if I can find out where exactly I got them as it was some years ago now.

It is crazy how time flies and I checked when I started my Heath Ledger Joker sculpture, it was 2017!!

Anyway, at last I have finished the whole project, after over 14 test heads and many different methods, learning about silicone and molding/casting, hair punching, foam, clothing and much, much more. The finished Joker is now sitting very proudly in a gallery in the UK, awaiting an offer of purchase.

Not entirely movie accurate but as good as it is going to get from me and I am very happy with the finished product.

A bit photo heavy but here are some work-in-progress photos of the build up to the final item:

I will probably build another 3 of these and then retire the mold, will likely be a few years until that is done though!
Wow!!!! Incredible work. Ive only just seen a previous post enquiring about hair punching help. Please get in contact if you need assistance for any future projects!

Hi helenfx, than you for the compliment. I know my limits so I stuck to the main hair only - I just cannot punch eyebrows and eyelashes :-(
