Hello! I'm Dave from Heroic Replicas.

I've started a commission for a steel and aluminum version of the Hero and Villain halves of the Sword of Power from He-man. This design is based on the original toy, and the two halves snap together.

On the left are a pair of replica letter openers, and the right is my design. Light grey is steel, and dark grey is aluminum, and each half will be painted and powder coated to best match the original. The two halves fit together with dowels and magnets. Overall length is 36", and lead time is 3-4 months.

This run is already a go, but if anyone would like to jump in let me know.

Pricing is $850 for one half, or $1600 for both halves. Shipping to the US is included.
If three or more people join, prices drop to $800 / $1500. Production begins in one week, and this is a one-off run.

Any questions, let me know!

That’s super awesome!!!!

Hey all!

I made some progress with this project. I've cut out pieces for a few sets, and painting is next. Of four sets, one is paid for, one is going to my brother, and the other two are up for grabs.

If you're interested, let me know!

Cheers,
Dave

One pair (that is, two halves) was commissioned and shipped, and another went to my brother.

I have two remaining, available to any reasonable offer. I might put them up for auction, starting at a dollar.

Cheers,
Dave
