Have we pretty much BUILT Star Wars?

Bespin torture rig.
B'Omarr (sp?) monk robots, ROTJ
Bea Arthur and Chewies family costumes from holiday special.
70's accurate rebel alliance beards and muttonchops.

I'll make an Ackmeena costume someday. That's one that I'm saving for when I'm too old to cosplay as anything but her and Aunt May.

I like the stuffed Bantha too. I'm not quite good enough at sewing that kind of thing, but it would be awsome. Maybe if I can modify another pattern...

And I already have a pretty long to-do list, but I did start looking for some reference pics of a character from the Holiday Special, just because I saw some custom fodder that would work. If I made an accurate costume for a 12" figure, which forum would that belong in?

The main body of this looks identical to a Water vacume sucion machine. They use simialr to clean big carpets to suck up the water.

I know i have seen something very similar, It was an older version, i remenber working with one when i was youg, getting some extra chash as teenager... It looked something like this:

Notice the straps holding the lid down, similar to the robot, but that looks to have something transparent. I am sure the neck is in face the lid/ motor engine/ dynamo that makes the suction. They striped it from its panels.

I did some search and i found this... Funny it got some similar features. But its not the source. I belive its a portable big water vacuum cleaner suction machine.

And just a funny note...
Could it be that R2 also was a vacume cleaner?

In my house we refer to skim milk as 'blue milk' because of the color of the bottle cap. I always giggle a bit when someone says it.

Hilarious and great point! there's stuff i see on this and other boards all the time that just wow me in terms of detail. What a weird and awesome world we live in!

Fixers Treadwell.

Fixers "pool table"

Full Biggs outfit.

Cantina bar back with several IG-88 heads.

Amanaman?

Stormtrooper helmet ewok drum set at end of ROTJ?

I have, it just wasn't a replica.

I bet your anticipation for this movie was more through the roof than most who waited for TPM with all the "spoilers" and what not.

That is too cool. And I still say ROTJ doesn't suck. In fact I feel it was/is better than the best prequel by FAR.

Cool on the Biggs outfit Nick. Really hoping to see those scenes restored on the BR's I know a lot of people don't want them in but I really love the different view you get of lil Luke and how much of a kid he really was before his great adventures. :)

We may have practically built all the props, but until it's done with 100% original found parts.... it doesn't count.

One word: Jerba.

No toy, no prop replica, no description or pictures in any EU publication. The Bantha Dewback, Kryat Dragon, and scurrier gets all the glory, but the Jerba i shunned. In fact, there are a good many of you reading this who don't even know what the Jerba is! Poor little guy. Maybe Chris Trevas or Steve Sansweet can go digging in the archieves for us and find a picture.

The Jerba did appear in The Wildlife of Star Wars. That's probably it's most notable appearance in any EU book.
Jerba - Wookieepedia, the Star Wars Wiki

I haven't seen any good images of one besides the usual Jerba rear in a still frame. There is one pic of Lucas standing next to one, but I forget what old book or magazine it was in.

Has anyone made the creature outside Jabba's palace that ate the crawling bug and then burped? Or how about the brain spider robot that was walking out the doorway when R2 and 3PO entered the palace? I draw a quick sketch of it back in 83 after I saw the movie to show a friend and never really got around to building it so I don't know how accurate it is... it was from memory alone... may have to go back and watch it again and do some screen grabs:
