This is crazy. I never expected them to put out a Goblin helmet, especially one this nice! I’m getting that and repainting it without a doubt.

Looking closer at the lumpy forehead detail it looks like it’s something that was changed for the No Way Home version this is based on. Still getting it though.

Ordered the pumpkin bomb. This looks better than the Gentle Giant one I have, which feels very oversized to me and only has one mode. The retail price of that one was x3 more than Hasbro's and they're both plastic toys.

The helmet looks great. A repaint with color shifting paint would make it worth picking up.

It looks like they added these slits for breathability as the mouth screen looks solid. I would fill these in and use an actual mesh screen for the mouth.

Yeah I noticed that, though you can only see it in the one photo. I almost think its actually part of the mask construction and just a part that isnt fully pushed in, seems weird to vent when the whole mouth could be a vent.

Yeah I think you might be right. It's just not pushed in. The bottom of it sticks out on the photos of the model wearing it, but not on the main product photos.

3.6 inches seems larger than the original prop, but I definitely need to get one of these Pumpkin Bomb replicas.

I knw the pumpkins were in stock at BBTS, so i wouldnt be surprised if these show up early.

I'm quite sure it was a whole new sculpt rather than a scan of the original. The original isn't as squat in the face and was originally hand sculpted, so, asymmetrical in detail. Would love to try my hand at making a replica like the original was done one day.

I'd really like one of these pumpkin bombs, though. I really want to just gut the innards to put into a metal version.

According to the VFX supervisor, they did have access to and scan the original assets as the basis for the NWH helmet and suit. Clearly they took some liberties in the final presentation. Something I don’t think a lot of folks know, there wasn’t a physical helmet made. Every shot of his helmet, and even his OG suit, is VFX. So Hasbro is making a replica of a VFX helmet, based on a scan of the original. It’s a weird game of telephone. Things aren’t really quite right.

Still a super cool helmet I’m very excited to get, nonetheless.
