No particular film in mind. Doesn't even have to be a Sci-fi film. I just acquired one and wanted
to know if it's been used in any film.

Since the Remington 870 and Mossberg 500 are the prefered shotgun for many police departments, I would guess it probably has film time somewhere... Probably more in the SWAT or drug type movie though since yours is pistol gripped...
Also since it has a factory "line launcher" attachment, you might find it used like this on film...

What did Charlie Sheen use to blow the hinges off the door in Navy Seals? I know the military uses Mossberg.
I have a Remington 870 myself, but I'd love to get me a Mossberg 500 Persuader with dual pistol grips. I fired a couple of them belonging to friends of mine and they're a blast (literally).
They didn't like the 3" slugs though. :unsure

I've seen several sites that say the M-500 (BTW, my granddad has a pistol gripped M-500 ) was used as the primary terminator shotgun. The most notorious being Airsoft ezone . They openly ANNOUNCE "M-500 Cruiser as used in the terminator movies." Another site said Arnold used it in the 1st movie (which was a SPAZ 12). I don't know if Arnie used it in other films but I'm for sure he didn't use it in the terminator films.
