Has anyone started work on the "Big Baby" from Hellboy?

I wanted to get a jump on this thing but getting good pics are very rare this early in the game. Has anyone started on this or does anyone have decent pics to go off of?

Yeah, but the concept art may not be what it turned out like in the end. I was hoping for some good detailed movie caps.
