Has anyone ever made a nolan-verse batsuit?

I was just wondering if it would work the same for Batman like it does for Iron Man ( minus the cowl. A foam cowl would probably be ridiculous.)

There have been a few foam Dark Knight builds here (Including the cowl). Do a search and you should be able to find them.
