Has anybody made the sleep device fron BTTF2?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody has made (or has info on) the sleep-inducing alpha rythm generator? The device Doc uses to knock out Jennifer and Marty, Jr in 2015. I cant tell how it looks cuz the scene when he uses it on Jennifer its dark in the time machine and he shakes it around before outting it away.

It looks fairly easy to make but i'd like to see some hi-res or detailed pics if its possible
