The info in San Diego is that these were actual production screen used props.

But the locket may have been a new one made for 'Deathly Hallows' and not the one from OOTP.

looks the same to me. If anyone has a better picture PLEASE post it. but it should be Red with a Snake that has green gems in it (if I recall correctly). not this yellow stone thing. Ugh!

Yeah. we have all these things at the Harry Potter Exibition here in Toronto.

Actually it is different, you cant see it well in THIS picture you posted but this locket actually has a green jeweled "S" for Slytherin in the center, as seen here in this better picture:

I don't recall anything about it being the color red in the book. To quote Deathly Hallows:
It was as large as a chicken's egg. An ornate letter S, inlaid with many small green stones, glinted dully in the diffused light shining through the tent's canvas roof.

Better shot (thanks to whoever took it, I forget who):

There's just one thing I don't understand... The locket Harry find in the cave is supposed to be a fake, right? Also, from what I can understand, it doesn't actually look like the real one, it's just a random locket that Regulus placed there... So why has the locket in the movie an "S" as well?

[The locket] was neither as large as the locket [Harry] remembered seeing in the Pensieve, nor were there any markings upon it, no sign of the ornate S that was supposed to be Slytherin's mark.

I think you're confused, in Half-Blood Prince, the locket found in the cave apparently does look like the REAL locket, it's practically the same in every way except it does NOT have the "S":

Now, the one that is shown at Comic-Con with the Big green "S" In the middle IS the real one NOT the fake one.

Wow, what I wouldn't give for a copy of Slytherin's locket... (And I say this as someone who would be a Gryffindor)

I'm wondering if the "Tales of Beedle the Bard" prop will be the same as what Amazon.com sold a while back. Was this prop at Comic Con?

Thats what I was hoping but looks like it wasnt. I cant wait to see if someone releases replicas of the other two horcruxes. I am afraid if Noble does them, they will be scaled down like the Tri Wizard Cup!
