He does move, just not when anyone is looking!

I've just sent Hedwig's brother to deliver it you you Beechy! He might take a while to get there though! :love Those pesky house elves just can't be trusted to get it to the right place!

Here's the absolute final update on this one (see my other Dumbledore for the new work!)

As the frame is much a part of this prop as the painting I got a frame last weekend that is pretty close to what I was after.

Here after a little work on the frame is how it (he) sits today. Just got to place him on the wall and find some place for where the current one is going to go!

It wasn't too bad about 3-4 weeks. My dalek in comparison 2 years plus (and counting) my Y-wing ROTJ helmet about 1 year and it's still not quite done!
