The wheels of the Tonka truck make a cool "ring of holes". While the number of holes isn't right, it is beveled!

Several different trucks models, including a trash truck, featured those wheels. The piece we want are just inserts in the main wheel that just pop right out.

Don't worry, they're not vintage steel Tonka trucks! They're "modern" plastic versions that can typically be had at thrift shops for under $5.

I tried this with a door lock plate too if I remember. All pvc beneath it
