Hardware Endor Rifle

Well greetings to everyone,
I have been busy and haven't been visiting in a while, plus my work blocked all my prop sites so I can only look while I am at home. Here are a few pics of my latest finished project for the costuming group I belong to. I made a master Endor rifle to make resin ones from.
Enjoy,

Wow.

Um.. I don't pretend to know anything about the blaster, but for the AR receiver underneath:

1. The ejection port door looks too high
2. Those screws on the side should be pins- they're not quite laid out that way either.
3. The vertical part of the grip, where it meets the trigger, is a skosh too high (or a tad too narrow, I can't tell)
4. I may be wrong, but I don't *think* they had a fence around the mag release on the models used for the prop.

As long as you're making a master for casting anyhow, might I suggest finding a cheap 1:1 airsoft AR and using that as a base?

That's still pretty darn impressive scratch building :)

That is a great prop.
I was just wondering, is the stock collapsible or wouold it be on the resin finished product?
Just as a matter of curiosity, the front sight looks like it came from an AK-47 or some such animal.
